The conductor says

Offense: attack base and posture (knees and elbows, spine alignment)

Defense: keep base and posture (knees and elbows, spine alignment)

Specifically on defense:

1. One big bridge to create space

2. Escape in transition

3. If first bridge fails (it will), try try again

4. Knees to elbows

 

I’m getting too old for this shit. Most of my friends who started out with me are brown belts or black belts. Nothing wrong with the scenic, tattered, eternal blue belt route though
